First thing’s first. Get off your butt. No, literally. It’s been said that sitting on harsh surfaces or even for just long periods of time will exaggerate the painful state of your hemorrhoids. So do what you can to sit on soft surfaces and for short periods of time. Do so even when on the toilet. The less sitting and straining that creates pressure on your anal veins, the better.

Figuratively speaking, get off your butt too. You need to get a hemorrhoids remedy and the sooner you do that, the better. A hemorrhoids remedy won’t come to you. Everyone would agree that each of the million hemorrhoid remedies on the market today all possess some form of good. Not necessarily are they all going to fully work.
